This wooden statue bestows magical protection upon any city or ship that enshrines it. Enshrining the Palladium within a city or ship requires seven days of devoted prayer and animal sacrifices by a priest. Once the item is enshrined, it grants the following benefits to the location. If the Palladium is moved by more than one inch from the spot it was enshrined, the effects end.

• Blessed Resilience: The city’s walls or ship’s hull have Resistance to all damage types. Siege weapons mounted on the city walls or ship deck have Advantage on attack rolls.

• Forbiddance: The city or ship is always under the effects of the Forbiddance spell. The password is designated by the priest who enshrines the statue.
