Wondrous Item, Legendary (Requires Attunement)

If you are outdoors during the day time, you can take a Magic action to say the command word and activate the chariot. Once activated, four golden ethereal horses spring into existence to pull the vehicle, giving it the following properties.

Dawn. The chariot spreads sunlight in a 60-foot Emanation originating from it. The sunlight’s area is Bright Light and sheds Dim Light for an additional 60 feet. Each creature not in the Chariot of Dawn that starts its turn in the Bright Light created by the chariot takes 4 (1d6) Radiant damage.

Wild Flight. The chariot can hold up to two Medium creatures and has a Fly Speed of 90 ft. At the start of each of your turns, the chariot will move its full Speed towards the sky unless you take a Bonus Action to control it with a successful DC 15 Wisdom (Animal Handling) check.
