Sirens are a race of winged, aquatic humanoids known for their hauntingly beautiful voices. They dwell along rocky sea cliffs, expressing their fluctuating emotions through song. The sirens once lived in a city of white limestone rising from the shoals of the Cerulean Gulf. However, their city was sunk beneath the waves in a great cataclysm leaving the survivors to spread across Thylea.

Coastal Dwellers#

Though not amphibious, sirens thrive along coasts. Iridescent scales, taloned limbs, and a deep affinity for water shape their culture, art, and poetry.

Mournful Singers#

Sirens are born into grief. From childhood, they learn the ancient songs of their drowned city. These are melodies filled with longing and pain.
